FormPulse setup

1. Open a form you can edit and choose Add-ons → FormPulse → Open Dashboard.
2. Create a rule, set recipients and choose Save. Sending connects automatically.
3. Submit one real response to test the full delivery flow. A sample email tests your account and design, but isn’t a submission test.
4. For respondent receipts, enable email collection in the form and turn on receipts in your rule.

If delivery stops

Confirm the rule is active, check recent activity and the recipient’s spam folder. Save the rule again or use Check to reconnect its sending trigger. Google permissions, account sending limits and mail filtering can affect delivery.

When you contact us

Include your product, a short description and any visible error. Avoid sending form answers, passwords or payment details.

Billing

Paid plans are not live. The billing preview cannot charge you or activate a subscription. Final prices and payment methods will be published before checkout opens.
